SWT series oil-free double-screw air compressor adopts dry compression, and the compression process is completely free of lubricating oil. It has passed ISO8573.1, "Class0" certification to provide 100% oil-free compressed air, high-precision rotor processing and gear transmission design, with Reliable shaft seal combination ensures compressed air quality, long operating life of the body, and a wide range of applications. The unit is designed and manufactured through CAD integration, advanced VDT dew point control, monitoring compressed air temperature and humidity, and improving compression efficiency. Drawer coolers are designed for easy maintenance. The working pressure of SWT75~SWT250 is designed to be 7.0~10.0kg/cm2G, the water-cooled models are complete, and the exhaust volume is 18.7m3/min~71.2m3/min, providing 100% completely oil-free and clean compressed air.
